Giddiness is the feeling that the person experiences like the world is rounding or the things around head are rotating. High blood pressure or low blood pressure need to diagnosed well, and treatment is given as per the need. Low blood pressure should be treated with sufficient oral intake or intravenous fluid administration. High blood pressure to be controlled with medications.
